Heleen,
I admire you for being so open and honnest about yourself.
By doing that you make people aware that they are victums sometimes or longer.
That’s the most important thing. Being aware that you’re in that identity.
Than you can choose. Te be it totally, accept all the help there is.
And later when you’re stronger you can choose to take back you’re life again.
I was for a very long time victum, I did’nt know it.
The moment I knew I could change my life.
I’am still gratefull for my teachers and my life.
Thank you for sharing .

Great post Heleen. So true. Today I told someone I am going to work with that the biggest discovery for me the last months was that for me the joy of working lies in working together. I can’t reach all my goals alone and I no longer even want to do it alone. Thank you for your inspiration.

I like the tips and maybe you can use this as tip 4
Like many others I have experienced this too.
After 14 years at a company I got stuck in the funnel.
When I realized this, I resigned my job and I started working for a posting company.
The advantage is that by your experience at various companies, you will be placed on a higher position each time.
Another advantage is that you can work at one company for years and have several companies on your c.v.
Loyal and still with fresh thoughts.

I totally agree with Roger. I moved from one company to another as well. Whenever it felt like my job was done, I searched for a new challenge. This way I learned a lot, met a lot of new people, got introduced to new cultures and branches, etc.! Don’t forget: if you deliver a great job, people remember that! Being an entrepreneur myself now, former employers still contact me for jobs and advice. I still feel the benefits.

So if you ask me: stay loyal to yourself and move on!
